SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service

INETO Property Management SMS Program

  1. Program Description: By opting in to INETO Real Estate Services SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from us regarding property management matters, including but not limited to: maintenance updates and notifications, rent payment reminders and confirmations, lease renewal information, property inspection schedules, important announcements about your rental property, emergency notifications, and general property management communications. These messages are sent to help us provide you with timely and efficient property management services.
  2. How to Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the short code or phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. Please note that opting out of SMS messages may affect our ability to provide you with timely service notifications.
  3. Help and Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by contacting us at pm@woodlandsrentals.com or calling 281-725-6844.
  4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. INETO Real Estate Services is not responsible for delays in message delivery that may be caused by your mobile carrier or other technical issues outside of our control.
  5. Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary depending on property management activities and your specific needs, but you can expect to receive approximately 2-10 messages per month. During urgent situations such as property emergencies or critical maintenance issues, message frequency may increase. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  6. Privacy Policy: If you have any questions regarding privacy and how we handle your personal information, please read our privacy policy at: https://inetorealtors.com/privacy-policy/. We do not sell or share your phone number or personal information with outside companies for their marketing purposes.
  7. Supported Carriers: This SMS service is available to subscribers of participating wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Virgin Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and other major carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  8. Age Requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older, or have parental/guardian consent, to participate in this SMS program.
  9. Consent to Receive Messages: By opting in to this SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from INETO Real Estate Services at the phone number provided. You understand that your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You certify that you are the account holder for the phone number you have provided or that you have the account holder’s permission to opt in.
  10. Changes to Terms: INETO Real Estate Services reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via SMS or through our website. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

By participating in this SMS program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
