IF YOU HAVE PETS, YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE STEP 3. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PETS, COMPLETE STEPS 1 AND 2.
Your application will not be complete and you will not be considered for a property until all steps are completed.
STEP 1. GATHERING DOCUMENTS AND INFORMATION.
Each occupant 18 and older will need to provide:
- Photo ID
- Income documents
- Application fee
STEP 2. CREDIT AND BACKGROUND SCREENING
Each Occupant 18 and older will need to complete a Credit and Background screening application
STEP 3. PET SCREENING (no pets? skip this step)
All Feline and Canine pets require Pet Screening. Assistance and Support Animals too!
